Abstract: In order to obtain a clearer analysis and specifications, researchers use the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) framework analysis. This analysis is expected to help in the development of Management Information Systems at Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut UGM Prof. Soedomo. This System Performance Analysis is carried out to determine the performance of a system whether it is running well or not. Performance can be measured by the amount of production and the time used to customize the work. Based on information analysis, it has provided information according to the needs that have accuracy with an average of 85%. Control analysis is very safe, because it uses usernames and passwords as needed so that other people cannot access, units that are not their responsibility.
