Abstract: In today's unpredictable world, humanity is confronted with an ever-evolving reality, where the swift flow of information across all sectors of society makes it increasingly difficult to manage and control the prevailing situational dynamics. From a state security perspective, the complexity and uncertainty of hybrid challenges – exemplified by the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) conditions – complicate the identification of effective methods to address and regulate conflict situations. This article highlights the intricate nature of the current global context and proposes potential solutions to mitigate these challenges.
