Abstract: Atrial fibrillation (A-fib) is a prevalent arrhythmia observed in ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients and is associated with worse outcomes, including increased mortality and complications. Despite its clinical significance, the specific effects of A-fib in STEMI patients remain underexplored.
