Abstract: Through our faultless and moderate religion, the Almighty God has granted us much worship in order to erase the sins and to get closer to God.Worships are acts of atonement like liberating the slaves, fasting in Ramadan, and feeding the hungry people.The atonement is called that name because it conceals the sins and covers them.The wisdom of atonement is to obligate Muslims to be aware of their good deeds and pay the impact of the disastrous, which he might commit, and get closer to God.God has opened through these atonements the door of repentance and regret on sins no matter how great it might be.Atonements are among the fixed jurisprudential judgements in Islamic Sharia that have been mentioned in the Holy Quran and the mores of his Prophet Muhammed, peace be upon him.The research is divided into four investigations: first, the atonement of murder by mistake, and the wisdom behind manumitting a slave.Second, the atonement of Edhar.Third, the atonement of swearing and its standards and acceptable judgments.The law of Islam has begun to modify the reward of manumit, which means survival of fire, and these alternatives do not substitute for the requisite in murder, Edhar and swearing etc.God has made the compensation of murder by mistake the manumitting of a Muslim slave, the blood money of a slave (diyah) for the people of the killed person as an atonement for the sin of the killing even if it happens by mistake, because the dismissal of the soul without the right must have an atonement eclectic judgemental punishment.The atonement of the Edhar of the mandate has made a good wisdom.Islam has permeated the physical relationship with the wife, and if one denies that, he would commit a sin.Islam has seen the wife not like the mother.In this way, Ialam has saved the wife from embarrassment and injustice.It made a penalty from that sin and then prepared a great atonement to be like a warning.God the Almighty has made the atonement of swearing to save faith and not to be steadfast and not fraudulent, and God's right to confirm the information.It demanded the addressee to trust the one who swears honestly.
