Properties of two-level systems in current-carrying superconductors

Abstract: The authors show here that in disordered superconductors, the coupling of two-level systems to external AC electric fields can be dramatically enhanced by the presence of a DC supercurrent. This giant enhancement of the two-level system coupling manifests in all AC phenomena, both linear and nonlinear.
