Abstract: Helping states design and deliver a mobile crisis training program to improve crisis workforce retention and local crisis system effec‐tiveness, and standardization and quality of the statewide crisis system are the goals established by Oregon trainers as they prepare to deliver a presentation at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing's annual conference, NatCon 25 on May 5–7 in Philadelphia.
