Structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 259 stakeholders involved in sustainable housing projects in Lagos State, Nigeria. A total of 203 responses were obtained, representing 78% response rate. Primary data regarding the impact of Stakeholders on the performance of sustainable housing were collected. The findings of the study were synthesized to formulate structural equation models that provide a comprehensive guide on the impact of stakeholders on the performance of sustainable housing projects in the study area. The study concluded that Government and Project Managers have key roles to play as major stakeholders in the delivery of sustainable housing projects in terms of delivery within the agreed period of time, delivery within the budgeted cost, to the right and approved quality and ensuring efficient energy usage in the building.
