Abstract: This article is devoted to the peculiarities of trademark protection in the BRICS countries. The author analyzes the peculiarities of granting trademark protection in the Russian Federation, Brazil, India, China, South Africa, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, the United Arab Emirates and Indonesia. The BRICS countries are actively developing comprehensive cooperation, improving trademark protection systems, which contributes to the development and rapprochement of trade relations between the countries. The article examines the norms of international agreements of the BRICS countries, and analyzes the legislation in the field of trademark protection.
