Abstract: Madrasah education has been a fundamental aspect of Islamic learning, providing religious and moral instruction to millions of students, particularly in countries like Bangladesh. Despite their cultural and religious significance, Madrasahs face challenges in keeping pace with modern educational advancements due to traditional teaching methods, limited access to technology, and insufficient resources. This study addresses these challenges by proposing sustainable e-learning models that integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data Analytics to enhance Madrasah education. The research highlights the potential of AI and Big Data to modernize teaching methodologies, optimize resource allocation, and improve student engagement. By aligning with global sustainability goals, particularly the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the study aims to promote inclusivity and practical access to quality education. The findings provide actionable insights for policymakers, educators, and technology developers, paving the system for a more innovative and sustainable upcoming for Madrasah education.
