Non-invasive Real-Time Hemodynamic Monitoring During Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement: A Case Series
Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: This study analyzes arterial pressure rise times during transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) procedures across four cases. We demonstrate that successful TAVR deployment is associated with immediate improvements in arterial pressure wave characteristics, specifically showing decreased rise times, suggesting enhanced hemodynamic performance post-valve deployment. We also demonstrate a correlation between established methods of hemodynamic monitoring (arterial line, blood pressure cuff) and a novel non-invasive device.
