Abstract: A gravida 1 woman at 26 and 5/7 weeks of gestation was referred from a private hospital due to early-onset fetal growth restriction. The patient had no serious medical, surgical, or obstetric history. Ultrasound screening at 22 weeks of gestation revealed a normal female fetus (appropriate weight for gestational age). At our hospital, a transabdominal ultrasound demonstrated a single viable fetus without identified structural anomalies except for a single umbilical artery. Fetal biometry revealed an estimated fetal weight of 625 g (<third percentile) for gestational age.
