Abstract: This study evaluates the antioxidant capacity and vitamin C content of three commercially available refreshing beverages Cedevita, NovaVita, and Juicy Vita using spectrophotometric methods.The antioxidant activity was determined through the DPPH radical scavenging assay and the Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP) assay, while vitamin C concentration was quantified using iodometric titration.The results indicate significant variations in antioxidant potential among the beverages, with Cedevita exhibiting the highest radical scavenging activity (up to 96.17%) and FRAP values (2,568.9μmol Fe²⁺/g), followed by Juicy Vita.A strong correlation was observed Determination of …..
