Abstract: The project aims to develop an intelligent system that can detect unusual activities and crimes using CCTV cameras across the state. Since it is difficult to monitor multiple cameras simultaneously, we use state-of-the-art computer and machine learning to analyze live video. When a suspicious or dangerous situation occurs, the system quickly alerts authorities to the address and sends images of the incident. It also activates nearby alarms to locate concerned citizens and help them intervene. There is also a portal that helps classify video clips as normal or abnormal. The system will help speed up emergency response and encourage community participation to ensure safety. Overall, this is a great way to prevent crime and increase everyone’s safety.
