Type: article
Abstract: Theanti-CD5 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)isa genetically engineered immune cell therapydevelopedto targetCD5-associatedhematologic malignancies, such asT-cell lymphoma and leukemia.UsingCRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene targeting, wegeneratedananti-CD5 CAR knock-in human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) linethat stably expresses the CAR constructand is detectable via FLAG tag and GFP markers. Thisengineeredcell linemaintainsstem cell morphology, displaysa normal karyotype, andexhibits robustexpression ofpluripotency markers while retaining differentiation potential.
