Abstract: The application of procedural coercive measures is of particular importance during criminal prosecution. Digitalization is noticeable in the experience of our country and foreign countries during the investigation of criminal cases. Artificial intelligence, being among the innovative innovations, has begun to be applied during the administration of justice. The use of artificial intelligence solutions during preventive measures also has great opportunities. In this article, the author tried to explore the existing capabilities of artificial intelligence in the criminal process.
