Abstract: In the contemporary data-driven landscape, businesses confront the critical challenge of managing vast volumes of information efficiently. This study investigates the integration of Apache Kafka and the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm into corporate data warehouses, a strategy aimed at enhancing data management capabilities. Apache Kafka processes large streams of real-time data, while K-NN contributes to data accuracy through validation. This combination promises to optimize data processing speed, simplify management, and enhance system scalability within a microservices architecture. The core objective of this research is to assess the impact of utilizing Apache Kafka alongside K-NN on the operational efficiency of data warehouses. The study is geared towards understanding how these technologies can collectively improve data throughput and accuracy, aiding businesses in making agile and informed decisions. This paper highlights the integration of real-time data handling with machine learning validation, showcasing a significant improvement in data warehouse operations. This integration not only advances scientific knowledge in data processing technologies but also offers practical solutions for real-world data management issues. The methodology adopted includes a blend of theoretical research and empirical testing to evaluate the performance enhancements brought by Apache Kafka and K-NN under various operational scenarios. Findings indicate that this integration substantially boosts data processing speed and reliability. However, it also introduces complexities such as heightened resource demands and increased technical challenges, which are critically analyzed. The study contributes to the body of knowledge by outlining the benefits and limitations of integrating advanced data processing and machine learning technologies within data warehouses. The insights from this research provide valuable guidance for IT professionals on designing more effective and scalable data warehouse systems. This facilitates smarter business strategies and more responsive organizational practices.
