Abstract: The concept of Hisbah is an important principle in Islam that emphasizes supervision and monitoring the implementation of Sharia law in society. This article discusses how the concept of Hisbah can be integrated into the Sharia-compliant quality management system at the Melaka State Sharia Court. This study includes a discussion of the concept, definition, and implementation of the Sharia quality management system MS 1900 at the Melaka State Sharia Court and its relation to the concept of Hisbah. Based on the findings from literature analysis and case study techniques, it was found that there are 9 steps in the implementation of MS 1900 that integrate with the concept of Hisbah in Islam, which are: Leadership of Top Management and the Establishment of a Special Committee, Resource Management, Training and Courses, Documentation, Management Review Meetings (MKSP), Continuous Improvement, Internal and External Audits, and Risk Management. In conclusion, the implementation of MS 1900 shows a clear integration with the concept of Hisbah, which directly enhances Sharia compliance and ensures the quality of services and products provided, especially at the Melaka State Sharia Court.
