Singularity analysis and bilinear approach to some Bogoyavlenski-type differential-difference equations and tau-functions

Abstract: We review the results published in [6] about singularity structure and bilinear formalism for Bogoyavlesnki differential-difference systems. Also in this paper a new Bogoyavlenski system is proposed which is showed to have multi-soliton solution. The connection between strictly confined singularity patterns and different representations in terms of tau-functions are discussed. Finally comments on application of the “express method” for computing the algebraic entropy are given.
