Social Technologies in the Development of Domestic Youth Tourism in Russia

Abstract: The paper delves into the assessment of the effectiveness of social technologies in the development of do-mestic tourism. The concepts of youth domestic tourism and social technologies in tourism development are delineated. Key federal programs that implement social technologies in the sphere of youth domestic tourism are examined. Indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the integration of social technologies in youth do-mestic tourism are formulated. As a result of conducting qualitative research in the format of expert interviews and subsequent analysis, recommendations have been developed for governmental bodies and educational institutions aimed at enhancing domestic youth tourism. An evaluation of respondents’ perceptions regarding the roles of the state and youth in the advancement of domestic tourism is presented, alongside the identifica-tion of the most effective channels for promoting tourism within higher educational institutions and schools. The study confirms the importance of joint efforts of youth and the state in the development of domestic tourism.
