Engagement in learning is the degree of active participation of students in everything related to the development of the educational program. Engagement is the specific actions that teachers take to increase the degree of student engagement. A teacher should not only have personal resources, but also information technology tools to engage students in the learning process. The results demonstrate that after testing the programme, teachers increase the degree of involvement in activities. A qualitative analysis of reports, questionnaires, and interviews with teachers showed that among the positive effects of teacher involvement were improvements in their mental state, increased satisfaction with the educational environment, and the formation of a teacher-student poly-subject community as a special form of direct interaction between subjects aimed at joint, simultaneous, continuous personal and professional development of students and teachers.
