Pengembangan Alat Peraga Praktikum Sistem Kelistrikan Mesin Industri Dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi Simurelay Berbasis Android Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Interaktif

Abstract: Learning media is one of the supporting facilities for the success of the implementation of the Teaching and Learning Process in the classroom or in the workshop, so that teachers/instructors are required to be more innovative in using learning resources and developing more interactive and effective learning media sources in order to meet the achievement of learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a simulator application, namely the Android-based Simurelay application in supporting the learning process of the Industrial Machine Electrical System (SKMI) in the SMK PGRI 1 Gresik workshop, especially in the concentration of Industrial Mechanical Engineering expertise for Class XII, where the Simurelay application is an application that can be downloaded via the play store which is used to create a control circuit for the electrical system of single-phase or three-phase electric motors. In this study, the author aims to develop the application by combining teaching aids that have been adjusted to the Simurelay application so that the application is more effective and more interactive in implementation in the field, especially during practice in the SKMI workshop at the Industrial Mechanical Engineering Expertise Concentration of SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu sarana penunjang keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan Proses Belajar Mengajar di kelas maupun di bengkel, sehingga guru/instruktur dituntut untuk lebih berinovasi dalam menggunakan sumber belajar dan mengembangkan sumber media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efektif guna memenuhi ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan sebuah aplikasi simulator yaitu aplikasi Simurelay berbasis android dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran Sistem Kelistrikan Mesin Industri (SKMI) di bengkel SMK PGRI 1 Gresik khususnya pada kosentrasi keahlian Teknik Mekanik Industri Kelas XII, dimana aplikasi Simurelay merupakan suatu aplikasi yang dapat diunduh melalui play store yang digunakan untuk membuat rangkaian control sistem kelistrikan motor listrik satu phase maupun tiga phase. Dalam penelitian ini penulis bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi tersebut dengan menggabungkan alat peraga yang telah disesuaikan dengan aplikasi Simurelay sehingga aplikasi tersebut lebih efektif dan lebih interaktif dalam pengimplementasian dilapangan khususnya saat praktik di bengkel SKMI pada Kosentrasi Keahlian Teknik Mekanik Industri SMK PGRI 1 Gresik.
