Strategic Approaches of the Enterprise Aimed at Optimizing Business Processes During Crisis Changes

Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the impact of sanctions pressure on industrial enterprises and methods of responding to the influence of environmental factors. The article contains a description of a number of the most obvious strategic approaches that can be recommended to enterprises of the Republic of Belarus during periods of crisis changes in order to maintain a stable position. The proposed approaches are systematic import substitution, the introduction of tools for planning processes and resources, regular technological audits and the search for new markets. A study was conducted of the behavior of an industrial enterprise of a single type of production during a crisis period of sanctions pressure. It was determined that the choice of the most obvious strategic directions and competent management decisions allowed the enterprise not only to remain at a stable level, but also to significantly improve its position compared to the pre-crisis period, this is confirmed by an increase in profit, an increase in output per employee, and a significant increase in the profitability of products sold.
