Financial Performance Evaluation of A-share Listed Companies in the Logistics Industry Based on Factor Analysis Method

Abstract: Under the background of globalization and vigorous development of e-commerce, logistics industry, as a key link between production and consump-tion, has a direct relationship between its operational efficiency and financial status to the smooth operation of the national economy and the enhancement of consumer experience. In this paper, the financial data of 19 listed enterprises in A-share logistics industry in 2023 are selected, and the index system is con-structed from the four dimensions of profitability, operating ability, solvency and development ability, and the common factors are extracted by using the factor analysis method, so as to rank the financial performance of the enterpris-es as well as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
