Abstract: This study aims to address a series of theological questions concerning the extinct Arab tribes commonly referred to as the Thamud, by analyzing a collection of rock inscriptions discovered in the western and northwestern regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study seeks to ascertain the religious situation during the period when these Thamudic inscriptions were created and to determine the origins of this conception of the divine. The study employs both inductive and analytical methodologies, while also referring to Islamic texts to support the conclusions reached.
