Abstract: We appreciate Dr Onder’s thoughtful critique of our manuscript focused on the molecular characterization of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer (BC) and ERBB2 messenger RNA (mRNA) expression. His insights highlight important considerations in the ongoing efforts to refine therapeutic strategies for HER2-negative BC.
