The objective of this study is to explore the role of AI and ML in enhancing efficiency, resilience, and adaptability across various sectors. This research investigates AI-driven decision-making models and their contributions to supply chain management, healthcare, finance, and human resource operations. By understanding the capabilities and challenges associated with AI and ML integration, the study aims to provide actionable insights for organizations seeking to strengthen their operational strategies in an uncertain environment
