Abstract: With the development of information technology, traditional teaching methods are difficult to efficiently promote the improvement of teaching quality, especially in the teaching of practical courses. Aiming at the problems in practical course teaching and the current application status of blended learning and teaching mode, a target demonstration system based on blended learning and teaching mode was studied. Firstly, the functional steps of the system were designed, mainly including demonstration and explanation, on-site questioning, observation and learning, feedback, cross coaching, and final evaluation; Secondly, a teaching method combining online self-directed learning and offline interactive teaching was studied, achieving flexible choices for students and efficient implementation of practical teaching. Finally, the exploration and practice of the demonstration system in teaching mode were presented, and the research showed that this teaching mode has played a positive role in promoting comprehensive practical teaching.
