Type: conference-paper
Abstract: Based on the Kirk-Patrick model, this paper establishes a complete, scientific and systematic set of education and training performance assessment indicators, and carries out an empirical analysis of them. On this basis, it establishes a set of scientific enterprise training performance evaluation index system from the reaction level, learning level, behavioural level and result level, and gives a reasonable weight distribution scheme that can fully reflect the training performance. The evaluation indexes established in this study will be of great reference significance for the optimisation of the training process in enterprises and colleges.
