Abstract: With the continuous innovation of virtual reality equipment, artificial intelligence engine and other technical fields, as well as the rise of the integration of a variety of sensors and environmental control equipment technology, the construction of a digital textbook sharing platform for university sports has good conditions. This paper uses the literature method and logical analysis method to sort out the technical related data such as cloud computing, big data, and streaming media involved in the construction of the platform, and puts forward a design concept for the construction of the college sports digital textbook sharing platform, and establishes a reasonable university sports digital textbook sharing service framework, which can break through the limitations of traditional physical education teaching, meet the personalized learning needs of students and improve the learning efficiency and effect by integrating a variety of digital resources and innovating the teaching mode. At the same time, the platform can enhance students' sense of learning experience, improve the teaching quality of teachers, promote the balanced distribution of educational resources, and promote the development and innovation of physical education.
