Abstract: This paper deeply explores how the power technology of newly quality and newly domain has profoundly influenced and reshaped the developmental path of college education. As a pioneer of scientific and technological progress, newly quality and newly domain power technology covers emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and blockchain. These technologies are infiltrating the field of education in an unprecedented way, not only changing the way teaching and learning are experienced, but also promoting the optimal allocation and sharing of educational resources. This paper analyzes the multi-dimensional impact of newly quality and newly domain power technology on college education, puts forward a series of developmental strategies to adapt to these changes, and looks forward to the future prospects of college education driven by newly quality and newly domain power technology. This paper mainly provides theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the innovation and developmental of higher education in the newly era.
