Digital Transformation in the 21st Century: a Philosophical Analysis of Human Political-cultural Being
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: In the era of digital transformation, the study of human political-cultural being has become one of the most relevant issues of today. Digital technologies radically change communication methods, ways of perceiving and distributing information, while also deeply influencing political and cultural processes. These changes expand human cognitive capabilities and open the way for the formation of new political and cultural values. However, despite the emergence of new forms of political engagement and cultural creativity in the digital space, these processes raise complex issues such as data objectivity, fragmentation of the information space, and digital ethics. This article provides a philosophical analysis of human political-cultural being in the context of digital transformation and explores the role and significance of these processes in contemporary society.
