Abstract: As illustrated by the case reported, ECPR has revolutionized the management of victims of cardiac arrest.ECPR offers improved survival rates with good neurological outcomes.While challenges and limitations exist, ongoing research and advancements in technology will continue to refine this lifesaving approach.Looking into the future, the following is expected in the coming years: improved ECPR technology, accessibility, and availability of ECPR in hospitals and emergency services, standardization of protocols and uniform guidelines for ECPR, and ongoing research to refine patient selection and optimize outcomes.As ECPR becomes more accessible, healthcare professionals must embrace this technology and be educated about its benefits, indications, and limitations.
