Abstract: The Robots have long time presence in the manufacturing industry.In today's World they are helping small to big companies to reduce their operational cost.And they are not limited to manufacturing industry only.These days, Robots are part of every organization from banking, finance, communication, electronics, engineering, healthcare, and technology.Companies can deploy them based on their needs or requirements and they can do very simple to complex tasks.Especially, in the finance industry, Robots are helping to perform simple tasks of booking journal entries to reconciling bank accounts.Benefits of establishing them is much higher as compared to getting things done by the regular workforce.Like improvement in efficiency, reduction of manual errors (which can be easily overlooked by human), time efficient, increase in the accuracy level, also very cost effective.Robotic automation can bring instantaneous value to the businesses including, headcount reporting, vendor record management, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, software installation, cloud management, on board new employees.
