Innovation and Practice of the Flipped Classroom Teaching Model in Secondary School Ideological and Political Course under the Background of “Big Ideological and Political Course”

Abstract: 在“大思政课”背景下，中学思政课教学改革面临新要求与新机遇。传统思政课主张以教师讲授为主，而“大思政课”强调教师讲授与学生实践探究相结合，教师既要深刻剖析教科书中理论知识，又要引导学生将所学知识运用到社会生活中去。基于该理念，翻转课堂教学模式能够满足于“大思政课”所提出以学生为主体的教学理念和创新育人方式的要求。该教学模式在新的育人背景下表现出更加鲜明的教育目标、更加丰富的教学内容、更加完善的配套设施等新特性。但同时该教学模式在中学思政课的应用存在脱离学生主体、硬件配置落后、教师队伍素质不足、过于重视形式等亟需解决的问题。应对以上问题，需要从学生、教师、社会入手共同发挥教育合力，为中学思政教育质量的提升提供有力支撑，促进学生全面发展与核心价值观落地生根。Under the background of “Big Ideological and Political Course”, the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in middle schools faces new requirements and new opportunities. Traditional ideological and political courses advocate teachers’ lectures, while “Big Ideological and Political Courses” emphasize the combination of teachers’ lectures and students’ practical exploration. Teachers should not only deeply analyze the theoretical knowledge in textbooks, but also guide students to apply the knowledge they have learned to social life. Based on this concept, the flipped classroom teaching model can meet the requirements of the teaching concept with students as the main body and the innovative way of educating people put forward by the “Big Ideological and Political Course”. This teaching model shows new characteristics such as more distinct educational goals, richer teaching content, and more perfect supporting facilities in the new context of educating people. However, at the same time, the application of this teaching model in ideological and political courses in middle schools has problems that need to be solved urgently, such as being detached from the main body of students, backward hardware configuration, insufficient quality of teachers, and excessive emphasis on form. To deal with the above problems, it is necessary to give full play to the joint efforts of education from students, teachers and society to enhance the effectiveness and infectiousness of ideological and political courses, provide strong support for the improvement of the quality of ideological and political education in middle schools, and promote the comprehensive development of students and the rooting of core values.
