Abstract: Ode to the Bengal delta and to its poet, Rabindranath Tagore This poetic reflection honors the Bengal Delta and the enduring spirit of Rabindranath Tagore, weaving imagery of tide, silt, and song to evoke a landscape shaped by both nature and cultural memory. Through shifting voices and fluid metaphors, this definition of Delta explores themes of liminality, ecological identity, and the tension between presence and erosion. It is an ode to a place where poetry is inseparable from geography, and where the act of dwelling becomes both ephemeral and eternal.
