Abstract: The crime of fraud is one of the most important crimes against property rights, which is expanding every day. One of the most important features of the crime of fraud is telling lies by the fraudster and being deceived by the victim, and another feature of the crime of fraud that has not been noticed by jurists is abusing a weak point and taking property illegally. The Afghan legislature has assigned a number of legal articles to the crime of deception.
