Case Report: A 45 year old gentleman with hypertension as co morbid condition reported to our hospital with complaints of swelling in anterior part of the neck. He was diagnosed as a case of carcinoma of thyroid. He underwent Total Thyroidectomy under general anaesthesia. With histopathology and IHC correlation, diagnosed as PSCCT. He received adjuvant RT to tumor bed to a total dose of 60 Gray (Gy) over a period of 6 weeks. Conclusion: PSCCT is a very rare disease with very aggressive course.
