Abstract: 随着互联网与大数据时代的快速发展，电子商务作为一种新兴经济形状，为残疾人就业提供了全新的可能性。贵州省作为中国西南地区的重要省份，近年来电商行业迅速发展，电商平台类型和业务多元化发展为贵州省残疾人提供一种新的就业方式。然而，在推动残疾人电商就业的过程中，仍面临诸多困难与挑战。基于此，本文首先分析电子商务背景下残疾人就业的可行性。其次，结合贵州省残疾人电商就业的现状，深入剖析其面临的主要困境。最后，探索社会工作助推贵州省残疾人电商就业的策略，旨在实现残疾人就业与电商背景的融合，推动社会工作更好地服务于贵州省残疾人事业高质量发展。With the rapid development of the Internet and big data era, e-commerce, as a new economic form, provides new possibilities for the employment of the disabled. As an important province in southwestern China, Guizhou Province has experienced rapid development in the e-commerce industry in recent years. The diversified development of e-commerce platform types and businesses has provided a new way of employment for people with disabilities in Guizhou Province. However, in the process of promoting e-commerce employment for people with disabilities, there are still many difficulties and challenges. Based on this, this article first analyzes the feasibility of employment for people with disabilities in the context of e-commerce. Secondly, based on the current situation of e-commerce employment for disabled people in Guizhou Province, we will deeply analyze the main challenges they face. Finally, exploring strategies for social work to promote the employment of disabled people in e-commerce in Guizhou Province aims to achieve the integration of disabled people’s employment and e-commerce background, and promote social work to better serve the high-quality development of disabled people in Guizhou Province.
