Abstract: It looks at integrating lattice-based cryptography with AI key management in such a way that it becomes resistant to post quantum attacks in multi cloud environments. It puts forth a framework for comprehensive algorithmic security, dynamic key rotation, and Federated Learning models to achieve resilient and infrared protection of cloud information systems against outstanding quantum computing vulnerabilities.
