Abstract: 干眼症已成为全球性眼科常见病，地区发病率各不相同。从本质上看，它受到多维因素影响，故要求我们采取综合治疗方案而非单一手段。在众多治疗选择中，可吸收泪小点栓显示出独特优势。这种装置通过封闭泪小点，让眼泪在眼表停留更久，进而稳固泪膜结构，缓解炎症反应，促使受损角膜得到修复。本文拟对其疗效影响因素进行系统讨论。Dry eye has become a common ophthalmic disease worldwide, and the incidence varies in different regions. It is multifactorial in nature and requires a comprehensive approach rather than a single approach. Among the many treatment options, absorbable punctal plugs show unique advantages. The device allows tears to stay on the ocular surface for a longer time by sealing the tear spot, thereby stabilizing the tear film structure, alleviating inflammation, and promoting the repair of the damaged cornea. This article intends to systematically discuss the influencing factors of its efficacy.
