Abstract: This study examines the disruptive role of HR analytics and big data in streamlining workforce decision-making in organizations of various sizes, with focus on their impact on employee wellbeing, organizational culture, and decision-making effectiveness. In today's data-driven business situation, HR analytics has emerged as a strategic tool that equips organizations to rationalize human resource practices, align workforce strategy with organizational goals, and drive evidence-based decision-making. The study examines how varied levels of the adoption of HR analytics influence the effectiveness of decision-making in major corporate enterprises and SMEs.
