Abstract: Figure S8. Characterization of vorinostat in combination with anti-PD-1 in LGG. (A) The ELISA assay was performed to assess the expression changes of TNF-α, IFN-γ, and IL-2 in both IDH-wt and IDH-mutant. GL261-PSLIK (vector control) or GL261-R132H cells were co-cultured with a single-cell suspension derived from the spleen and treated with ctrl, anti-PD-1, vorinostat, or combination for 48 hours. The culture supernatants were collected and analyzed using ELISA, with the relative concentrations of TNF-α (left), IFN-γ (middle), and IL-2 (right) displayed in bar graphs. P values were calculated by Student’s t-test. (B) Kaplan–Meier survival analysis of IDH-wt mice treated by ctrl, vorinostat, anti-PD-1, and anti-PD-1 + vorinostat.
