Abstract: Objective: The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between employees' mental health and the impact on corporate results, seeking to identify factors and strategies that promote organizational efficiency. Theoretical Framework: An increasing incidence of anxiety disorders and depression has been observed in contemporary society after the Covid-19 pandemic, as can be seen in Kupcova et al. (2023); Gomes (2024). Many mental health professionals identify a direct relationship between the abusive use of the internet, especially social networks, and the manifestation or worsening of these disorders (Abi-Jaoude; Naylor; Pignatiello, 2020; Zsila; Reyes, 2023). Method: The research was carried out in a construction company in the municipality of Paragominas, in the state of Pará, adopting an exploratory-descriptive methodology with a mixed, qualitative and quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires applied to employees, addressing topics such as perception of mental health, organizational policies and the influence of work overload. Results and Discussion: Among the main results, it is observed that, although employees recognize the importance of mental health for good performance, the lack of formal support compromises their well-being. Research Implications: The research can help companies develop policies and practices that favor the mental well-being of employees, promoting a healthier and more productive organizational culture.
