Abstract: Multiple myeloma is an incurable disease. The bispecific T cell engager, one of the immune therapies targeting tumor cell surface antigens, has shown promising clinical efficacy. However, bispecific T cell engager therapy has a unique anti-myeloma mechanism and adverse effects. To further standardize the clinical application of B cell maturation antigen bispecific T cell engager, the Chinese Myeloma Committee of the Chinese Hematology Association, the Plasma Cell Disease Group, Chinese Society of Hematology, Chinese Medical Association and the Society of Hematology of Chinese Geriatrics Association organized experts to formulate the expert consensus by referring to recent domestic and international guidelines, consensus, research progress, and clinical practice, to guide clinical applications better.
