Chylous ascites discovered intraoperatively during laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstone pancreatitis

Abstract: We present the first reported case of incidental intraoperative chylous ascites at the time of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstone pancreatitis. Our patient was managed successfully with dietary intervention and made a complete recovery.
