Process Management: Specificity of Building Responsibility Matrix and Elaboration of Job KPI

Abstract: Process approach in managing business can give an opportunity to show all types of company work in the form of interconnected processes, standardize business-processes and make the system of management transparent and clear, thus it can raise the efficiency of work. The article studies tools that can be used in process and project management: responsibility matrix and key performance indicators of a job. The use of these tools can help optimize the process of responsibility distribution, connect attaining of employees’ planned parameters with strategy of company development and improve the system of workers’ motivation. The authors proved the possibility to introduce these tools in any field of activity.
