Abstract: The integration of new employees into a company is crucial for employee satisfaction and staff retention. This paper presents a chatbot designed to optimize onboarding using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), which provides interactive and personalized support to address onboarding challenges. The approach showed promising results which suggest that AI-assisted solutions like chatbots can enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction, with potential applications in other sectors, such as healthcare.
