Abstract: Growing pain is a term describing the phenomenon of benign pain in lower limbs occurring mainly in preschool children in the evening or at night. Growing pain is one of the most common cause of musculoskeletal pain in children. This article presents modern literature data on the pathogenesis, clinical signs, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and management of patients with growing pain.
