Abstract: Background: -wt cases in younger patients. Patients and methods: -wt patients were stratified into EO (≤52.5 years) and late-onset (LO) (>52.5 years) groups. Alterations were evaluated according to the European Society for Medical Oncology Scale for Clinical Actionability of molecular Targets (ESMO ESCAT). Results: = 0.005). Conclusions: -wt PDAC diagnosed at a younger age more frequently harbors actionable mutations, highlighting the importance of comprehensive genomic profiling to guide targeted therapeutic interventions in this patient population.
