Abstract: Adv. Mater. 2025, 10, 2400980 DOI: 10.1002/admt.202400980 The section “MNA Implementation on Skin and Skin Histology” has been revised as below: The MNA implementation on human skin experiments was performed via the ethical board approval by the Koç University Committee on Human Research (2022.059.IRB2.008). Human arm skin was obtained from the surgery section of Koç University Hospital and stored at −80 °C until experiment day. After thawing and warming up to room temperature and removing subcutaneous fat, the skin was stretched onto a board using pins to mimic the tension of human skin in vivo. During the whole process, phosphate-buffered saline (PBS; Sigma–Aldrich, St. Louis, Missouri, USA) was constantly used on the skin samples in order to keep them dehydrated. MNAs were inserted into the skin manually. The skin samples were preserved in 10% formaldehyde prior to histology. For histology microscopy, the samples were immersed in a paraffin block and then sectioned into thin slices using a cryostat. Histological sections were surface-stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) and examined by bright-field microscopy.
